Surveys show that the majority of remote workers will continue to work after the pandemic, but may consider travelling to the workplace a few days a week, using a so-called hybrid workplace. With new ways of working, we face new needs that require new tools. A major challenge has included how to communicate most smoothly with each other, engagement and well-being among our employees.
As a step in this direction, Microsoft has launched Microsoft Viva - a so-called Employee Experience Platform (EXP). Viva is fully integrated with the productivity and collaboration features of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. One of the modules in Viva is Connections, which gives you access to the intranet directly in Teams and much more. Robert and Per tell us more in the video.
