Thank you for the past year - now let's look ahead to 2023!

Christmas is once again just around the corner and it's time to start preparing for the festive season. But before we celebrate Christmas, we at WeSafe usually take the opportunity to recap the past year. 

In recent years, one crisis has followed another. When we finally saw the light in the tunnel of all the pandemic restrictions, we were greeted by the tragic news that the war in Ukraine was a fact. An ongoing war in the neighbourhood, coupled with runaway inflation and an ongoing energy crisis, once again brings everything to a head and the challenges for individuals and businesses alike are many and far-reaching.

 

WeSafe presents Evergreen+

Despite the tumultuous global landscape, 2022 has been a time of growth for WeSafe. We continue our growth journey with organic growth of 45% during the year. This growth has meant that we have been able to welcome many great new companies as WeSafe customers. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our new and existing customers for a great partnership during the year, it has been a pleasure working with you. We would also like to thank you for making it possible for us to continue to develop and that you have, to a great extent, contributed to our being one of Sweden's leading growth companies again this year. We received, for the fifth year in a row, the award as one of Sweden's Gasell companies.

To enable this growth and to continue to deliver the same excellent service to new and existing customers, we have also seen our staff numbers grow during the year. It's really inspiring to see how new staff have come in and brought new skills, ideas and perspectives to the table in a short space of time. Staff who have been with us for a longer period of time also continue to grow in their roles and develop their skills further. This expansion and development of our teams has enabled us to take on new major projects and continue the launch of new innovative services and packages. A shining example of such a service is Evergreen+ which was launched during the year. It is a service that future-proofs your Microsoft 365 platform and helps you optimise your investment in Microsoft cloud services. Another example is our own Teams app, which allows us to meet and integrate with you directly in Teams. The app has everything you need: order mobiles, computers and licenses and produce customer-specific reports. Chat directly with our helpdesk or let our smart, automated case management help you.

 

We are excited about 2023

From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank our staff for their hard work over the past year, your efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you for your never ending dedication and tireless work for our customers. Thank you for caring the way you do and for contributing so much to the achievement of our goals year after year. The fact that we had the great honour of receiving the award "Entrepreneur of the Year in Malmö 2022" is a shining example of what we can achieve together.

We would also like to thank Microsoft for another year of great cooperation with many successful joint initiatives. We see a huge demand for Microsoft Viva, a workforce platform for modern hybrid working. We believe that demand will grow even more in 2023 as reports of the difficulties of hybrid work begin to emerge. Technology will be critical in helping employees navigate the new work life that has emerged in the wake of the pandemic. In 2023, we look forward to working with Microsoft to help more customers take advantage of the powerful tools the platform provides to create a culture of success where progress can be measured and employees stay healthy, engaged and productive.

Although we live in uncertain times, with the media often painting a bleak picture of the future, we choose to look to 2023 with hope, optimism and the potential for great change. We look forward with confidence to many great meetings and projects to continue exploring new possibilities with you.
